REFUND POLICY
At Snoozy Pooch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@snoozypooch.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
